Davis The Winnebago Tribe has reviewed the documentation for the Kemmerer project. Based on the information provided, the project is not located near any known sites affiliated with our tribe, nor does it appear to have potential to affect properties of cultural, historical, or religious significance to us.
Accordingly, the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska has no further interest in this project. We request that this correspondence be included in the projects Section 106 consultation record.
