Letter from Tanya Hood (NRC) to Mr. Erhard W. Koehler (MARAD), dated January 30, 2025, Nuclear Ship Savannah - Issuance of Amendment 19 to Facility Operating License to add License Condition to include License Termination Plan Requirements.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.7l(e), the Maritime Administration (MARAD) hereby submits License Termination Plan (LTP), Revision 1 as Enclosure (1). The LTP, Revision 0, Reference (a) was submitted as both a license amendment request and as a supplement to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). With its approval in Reference (b ), the L TP is a supplement to the UFSAR and revised accordingly per 10 CFR 50.7l(e).
Reference (b) lists responses to requests for additional information that support the bases of approving the LTP, Revision 0. This submittal simply consolidates those responses into a single document. This submittal contains no new Regulatory Commitments.
