Technical Specifications Section 6.6.2.8 for the University of Texas at Austin TRIGA II reactor at the Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory (NETL) requires a written report for permanent changes in facility organization involving Level 1 or Level 2 personnel. On August 20, 2025, James E. David was appointed President of the University of Texas at Austin, Interim since February 19, 2025. Point of contact information remains unchanged. The previous report (ML25232A270) listed an inoperative fax line and did not correctly identify the permanent appointment.
