- Milton, I think the topics you mentioned are good. I dont believe there is any expectation of an ER overview.
The goal is to focus on resolving the open Information Needs items in a open and collaborative environment. NRC will issue an audit summary report so we will take notes.
If we can obtain a commitment from your company on placing answers via CETREC response or via an RCI/RAI, that would be great. If additional time is necessary to prepare a response, I can always coordinate additional conferences, as necessary. Identify what Information Needs are best handled via RCI or do we need to write an RAI to place it on the docket.
I invited the DOE Office of Clean Energy (OCED) PMs to listen in on the discussions as they see fit and I have provided them a copy of the Site Audit Plan. They are not coming in person. DOE is a cooperating agency under NEPA. I also believe DOE has awarded X-energy under the DOE Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program (ADRP) Cooperative Agreement.
