05000128/2024201 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION (REVISED) dated 12 June 2025, ML25160A143.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.201, the Nuclear Science & Engineering Center of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station is herein responding as required to the above referenced Revised Notice of Violation (NOV) dated 12 June 2025, ML25160A143. We appreciate the review of our dispute letter (ML25057A001) and the revision of the associated inspection report and NOV.
As noted in the letter from NRC accompanying the NOV, the submission of the annual operating report delays has been corrected. We can also confirm that the delay in conducting the security plan audits has been corrected.
