Dear Mr. Hesemann,
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) decision to issue an amendment to license SNM-928, in accordance with your letter dated April 25, 2025, License Amendment Request, regarding revisions to License Condition 27(e)
(ML25115A153). Attached is the amended license, No. 23, and the NRCs review of the amendment request is documented in the Attached Safety Evaluation Report (ML25XXXXXX).
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.
