OF JULY 31, 2025, CLOSED PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING REGARDING FUTURE SUBMITTAL OF GLOBAL NUCLEAR FUELS - AMERICAS, LLC PANAC12 TOPICAL REPORT (EPID L-2025-LRM-0083)
On July 31, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual closed pre-submittal meeting with representatives from Global Nuclear Fuels - Americas, LLC (GNFA).
The purpose of the meeting was for the NRC staff and GNFA representatives to discuss proprietary information related to the future submittal of the PANAC12 TR including its scope, applicability, and submittal timeline.
By letter dated August 26, 2025, GNFA submitted presentation slides to the NRC (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML25238A099). The meeting was noticed on July 1, 2025, and the meeting notice is located in ADAMS under Accession No. ML25192A171. A list of the attendees is enclosed.
