letter dated July 31, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25212A192), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the licensee) submitted the subject risk-informed process for evaluations (RIPE) license amendment request (LAR) for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Diablo Canyon). The NRC staff held a LAR clarification call with the licensee on August 20, 2025, to discuss (1) severe weather procedures and (2) proposed technical specification insert language.
