Attached please find the completed form for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff completeness determination for Topical Report, Principal Design Criteria for the Aurora Powerhouse.
The staff has determined that the submittal includes sufficient information for the staff to begin to perform its technical safety review and any supplemental information needed can be collected through a request for additional information and/or audit. The staff has identified a proposed date to issue a draft safety evaluation of January 23, 2026.
