QUALITY ASSURANCE IMPLEMENTATION INSPECTION OF USO SFR OWNER, LLC
Dear Mr. Wilson:
This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform a Quality Assurance implementation inspection of USO SFR Owner, LLC (USO), a wholly owned subsidiary of TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower), as it pertains to design and testing activities conducted for the Natrium Reactor Plant, Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 application. As discussed via phone conversation on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, the NRC inspection team plans to arrive at your facility on Monday, March 23, 2026, and will conduct an inspection through Friday, March 27, 2026. After the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter.
