image001.png Good morning, Mirabelle,
Since the MBR is our record, I always process all of Dresdens three units together.
The issue we have is with Dresden Unit 3 (YVF). Do you recommend that I separate the record and submit Dresden Units 1 and 2 today and Dresden Unit 3 on the 15th?
Lilia

RE: 2025 MBR Extension Request for Dresden (ZED, YVE, and YVF)
- Lilia, I am processing this request today. I am seeking clarification as to which RIS this request applies toover the phone you mentioned Dresden Unit 3 (YVS). In your subject line you reference other RIS codes. Can you confirm for which RIS(s) you are seeking the short-term extension for reporting?
- Thanks,

[External_Sender] 2025 MBR Extension Request for Dresden (ZED, YVE, and YVF)
Good afternoon, Mirabelle,
The Constellation Team appreciates your guidance on this matter.
Dresden is in compliance and have successfully submitted their annual inventory reports to the Constellation Nuclear Fuel Databank Analysts for review. I am pleased to report that the inventory matched our SNM accounting database, Trackworks version 3.18.0.
There is a need for an extension due to a question that was raised part of Dresdens MBR.
While there is no physical loss of material, when generating the MBR for Unit 3 (YVF), the database reflects a rounding adjustment for material type 20 (E1). This matter is currently in the discovery phase, and our engineers are investigating the potential cause. It is worth noting that the unit recently experienced a change in method of reporting isotopes.
Given that Dresden's MBR is due on August 4, 2025, we kindly request an extension to August 15, 2025, in hopes that our team will be able to resolve this issue.
Once again, thank you for your guidance.
Best regards, Lilia Cornejo
