HEARING REQUEST, PETITION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST TO HOLD PROCEEDING IN ABEYANCE REGARDING THE SUBSEQUENT LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION FROM CONSTELLATION ENERGY GENERATION, LLC. FOR PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 (DOCKET NOS. 50-277 AND 50-278-SLR-2)
The Office of the Secretary has received a hearing request, petition to intervene, and request to hold proceedings in abeyance from Diane Curran on behalf of Beyond Nuclear, Inc. and the Sierra Club, Inc. The request, which was submitted through the E-Filing System on July 29, 2025, is in response to the subsequent license renewal application from Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Docket No. 50-277 and 50-278-SLR-2), as published in the Federal Register on May 30, 2025 (90 Fed. Reg. 23075). The deadline to request a hearing was July 29, 2025.
The petition to intervene, and request to hold proceedings in abeyance can be found in ADAMS under Accession Number ML25210A563 and on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.346(i). This referral memorandum is being served on the E-Filing service list for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station proceeding, Docket Nos. 50-277 and 50-278-SLR-2.
