[ADAMS] Accession No. ML25171A171, non-public), Oklo Inc. (Oklo) submitted a follow-up question from the fuel recycling meeting on waste management between Oklo and the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff that was held on July 25, 2024.
The enclosure to this letter provides the NRC staffs feedback on the follow-up question for Oklo to consider as part of any future submittal that may address this topic. Note that the NRC staffs feedback in the enclosure to this letter does not constitute a final agency position and is not intended to be comprehensive. Lack of feedback or observations in this response should not be interpreted as the NRC staffs agreement with Oklos position.
