WESTINGHOUSE COLUMBIA FUEL FABRICATION FACILITY JANUARY 2025 SEMIANNUAL GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT In accordance with Section 10.1.6 of the SNM-1107 License Application, Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is submitting Semiannual Groundwater Monitoring Report documentation to the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). In September 2023 the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SC-DES) renewed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit (No. SC0001848) for the Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF). In accordance with the renewed NPDES permit, Groundwater Monitoring Reports are now submitted semiannually to SC-DES instead of annually. Westinghouse is providing the comprehensive Semiannual Groundwater Monitoring Report and supporting appendices for the October 2024 sampling period as an enclosure to this letter. The enclosure titled 2024 Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report also includes the previously submitted data for the April 2024 groundwater sampling period (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML24263A299 and ML24263A300). The comprehensive report for the October 2024 sampling period was submitted in January 2025 to the SC-DES, as required by the CFFF NPDES permit.
