Enclosure 2 SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT Docket No. 71-9305 Model No. TRUPACT-III Package Certificate of Compliance No. 9305 Revision No. 12
SUMMARY
By application dated June 11, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML25162A278), Orano Federal Services LLC requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9305 for the Model No. TRUPACT-III package. Orano did not request any changes to the package design or its authorized contents. The certificate has been renewed for a 5-year term.
EVALUATION The staff reviewed the documents referenced in the CoC and determined that the documentation was available and complete.
CONDITIONS Condition No. 15 has been revised to reflect the new expiration date of August 31, 2030.
Condition No. 16 has been removed as the previous certificate has expired.
The REFERENCES section has been revised to include this request.
CONCLUSION The certificate has been renewed for a 5-year term, which expires on August 31, 2030. Based on the statements contained in the application, and the conditions listed above, the staff concludes that the package continues to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
