- Most recent completed surveillances and/or SRE Tests, as applicable
- Most recent completed calibrations, as applicable

List of condition reports (i.e., PIRCS entries) related to operational safety since the last OPS inspection, e.g., records of IROFS/management measure failures and degradations in accordance with 10 CFR Part 70.62(a)(3) e.
Records of organization and personnel changes (e.g., qualifications of new management and organization chart) for the operations organization since the last OPS inspection f.

Implementing procedures used for the preparation and packaging of transportation packages for shipping/receipt of radioactive shipments, this includes both the manufacturers and licensees procedures as applicable d.
Registration for the transportation packages e.
Drawings/manufacturers specifications for the transportation packages, limited to top tier drawings, please provide large size drawings, these documents can be provided during the inspection f.
Manifests and records for shipments over the last 2 years for each type of package used for each shipment, this request is limited to the 3 most recent samples for each type of package over the last 2 years g.
List of PIRCS related to radioactive material (RAM) shipment and transportation activities since the last TRANS inspection (in August 2022) h.
Copies of any independent audits or self-assessments of the RAM transportation program (e.g., audit reports, QA surveillances) since the last TRANS inspection i.
Corrective action reports, and other documentation related to the two 71.95 reports since the last TRANS inspection (ML24358A156 and ML23146A041); and discussion of any 71.95 reports that are in progress, or planned for the near future j.
Qualification plans and required training lists for individuals responsible for RAM shipping and transportation
- Will request training records for select personnel during the inspection week k.
Inspection checklist for the last outgoing RAM shipments include contents of the package, to include weight, isotope, and physical form, limited to 2 samples of each type of package l.
Radiological survey records for the packages for the last two shipments of each type as well as the survey records for the (outgoing) delivery vehicle
- m. Receipt inspections/surveys for the packages for the last two shipments of each type and the incoming delivery vehicle n.
Schedule of transportation activities for the week of the inspection (provide upon arrival) o.
In-person review of DOE/NRC Form 741 Nuclear Material Transaction Reporting activities.
