In an e-mail dated June 12, 2025, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Kingsbury, Incs pending amendment application XCOM1256/02. The amendment application requested: 1) additional reactor components; 2), a change in the licenses point of contact; and 3) an extension of the expiration date from December 31, 2016, to December 31, 2021. The NRC is acknowledging receipt of your request to withdraw amendment application XCOM1256/02 and will discontinue further review.
