OF MEETING HELD ON JUNE 11, 2025, WITH GLOBAL LASER ENRICHMENT TO DISCUSS CHAPTER 1 GENERAL INFORMATION AND CHAPTER 2 ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER L-2024NEW0005)
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a closed Microsoft Teams meeting with Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) on June 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
and from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Chapters 1 and 2 to facilitate a mutual understanding of NRC provided observations. There was one observation on Chapter 1 Structural safety regarding Natural Phenomena Hazards, five observations on Chapters 1 financial qualifications, five observations on Chapter 1 geotechnical, and two observations, on Chapters 1 hydrology, and 18 observations generically covering Chapter 1. During the Chapter 2 meeting a total of 36 observations were provided to GLE prior to the meeting but due to time constraints 20 were discussed in detail.
