Thank you for the email and draft of the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3, Subsequent License Renewal in Limestone County, Alabama (Docket ID: NRC-2024-0030). We understand this is a continuation of consultation with the Chickasaw Nation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act as the project began in April of 2024.
We have no additional comments regarding the draft document, and we concur with the preliminary determination that the subsequent license renewal will not adversely affect known historic properties or cultural resources.
