NRC Response to Dominion Energy Services, Inc. re: Courtesy Copy of New Nuclear QAPD Topical Report Rev. 1 Hello Ellery, Following the May 20, 2025, public meeting to discuss the NRC staff information needs for the Dominion Energy Services, Inc. (Dominion Energy) New Nuclear QAPD (NN QAPD) topical report (TR), Dominion Energy provided a courtesy copy of its revised NN QAPD TR. After reviewing the courtesy copy of the NN QAPD TR, revision one, the NRC staff provided the following comments.
For information need #1-Dominion Energy updated its NN QAPD TR to omit any mention of specific licensing activities, removing, ESP, CPA, OLA, and COLA, establishing the scope of the NN QAPD to activities including, but not limited to, siting. The staff acknowledged the changes to the revised NN QAPD and determined the response to be acceptable.

For information need #4 - Dominion Energy clarified that it will assume 10 CFR Part 21 reporting responsibility for all items it dedicates. The staff acknowledged the changes to the revised NN QAPD and determined the response to be acceptable.
