& Nonproliferation U.S. Department of State 2201 C Street, NW, Room 3320 HST Washington, D.C. 20520
Dear Dir. Warden:
Enclosed is an application for export license XB1372 accepted by the US. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on May 9, 2025, from Colibri Isotopes Corporation for the export of Strontium-82, Strontium-85 and Rubidium-82. The radionuclides will be used for nuclear medicine applications.
The application has two Russian ultimate foreign consignees, so we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact licensing officer George.Moose@nrc.gov and please forward any comments or acknowledgements for this request to ECNP_EBResponse.Resource@nrc.gov.
Sincerely, X
Andrea M. Ferkile Andrea Ferkile, Branch Chief Export Controls and Non-Proliferation Branch Office of International Programs
