STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: AUDIT OF THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSIONS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023 (OIG-23-A-10)
As requested in your January 8, 2025, memorandum transmitting your analysis of our update to the Status of Recommendations: Audit of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2023 (OIG-23-A-10), enclosed is an update on the status of the recommendations. Based on your analysis, recommendation 2 was previously closed. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendation 1 be closed, with recommendation 3 in open and resolved status.
