OF THE JUNE 11, 2025, PUBLIC OUTREACH TO DISCUSS THE NRC 2024 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF CLINTON POWER STATION On June 11, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CDT), an information meeting with a question-and-answer session was held by representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide the public with information on the 2024 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of Clinton Power Station, along with general information on the NRC.
The open house was held at Clinton City Hall in Clinton, Illinois. The NRC discussed plant performance with members of the public and government officials listed in the attached enclosure.
The NRC discussed their assessment of Clinton Power Station, as documented in the March 11, 2025, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letter (ADAMS Accession Number ML25069A703) during the public outreach. The NRC made various resources available to those in attendance, such as the assessment letter, inspection reports, fact sheets and brochures, and other public documents.
