As requested by your letter dated May 13, 2025, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
No. 9292 (USA/9292/AF-85), Revision 9, for your Model No. PATRIOT. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, is registered as the certificate holder for this package.
This approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations 173.471.

SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT Docket No. 71-9292 Model No. PATRIOT Certificate of Compliance No. 9292 Revision No. 9
SUMMARY
By letter dated May 13, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession Number ML25134A071), Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, (certificate holder) requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9292 for the Model No. PATRIOT package. The certificate holder did not request any changes to the package design, operating procedures, acceptance tests, or maintenance program of the package. The certificate has been renewed for an additional five years.
EVALUATION By letter dated May 13, 2025, Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9292, for the Model No. PATRIOT without changes to the package design, operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance program of the package. The certificate holder has an NRC-approved quality assurance program (Docket No.
71-0708).
CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the Certificate:
Condition No. 11 was revised to allow use of revision 8 of this certificate until August 31, 2025.
Condition No. 13 was revised to show the new expiration date of the certificate of August 31, 2030.
CONCLUSION The certificate has been renewed for a 5 year term. These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
