ACRS ACTION ON THE PROPOSED REVISIONS TO 10 CFR PART 71, "PACKAGING OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL FOR TRANSPORT AND TRANSPORTATION OF RADIO-ACTIVE MAHilIAL UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS" During its 269th meeting, September 9-11, 1982, the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards concurred in the proposed revisions to 10 CFR Part 71, dated May 24, 1982, subject to resolutioA of the question of whether the proposed revisions are consistent with other NRC regulations, particularly 10 CFR Part 20.
