Dear Mr. Harper:
By letter dated January 30, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML250030A352), Westinghouse Electric Company submitted the subject white paper for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review. The white paper documents the safety analysis codes and methods submittal strategy for the AP300' Small Modular Reactor. A pre-submittal meeting was held on October 17, 2024 (ML24338A018).
The proprietary enclosure to this letter provides the staffs feedback and observations for Westinghouse to consider in a subsequent application.
