Dear Sir/Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR §71.38, Orano Federal Services LLC (Orano FS) hereby submits this application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9295 for the model Mixed Oxide Fresh Fuel Package (MFFP) transportation package
[1]. Revision 7 of the MFFP CoC expires on August 31, 2025. There have been no changes to the CoC or Safety Analysis Report for the Model MFFP Package.
Orano FS has a quality assurance program, approved by the NRC, which satisfies the provisions of Part 71, Subpart H Quality Assurance [2].
