Changes to the Standard Practice Procedure Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter (SPPP) at Urenco USA In accordance with 10 CFR 95.19(b), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA) is required to submit minor, non-substantive changes to the UUSA Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP) to the NRC within 30 days of implementation of such changes. SPPP Revision 21 was implemented by UUSA on May 29, 2025.
The attached Enclosure 1 contains the marked up pages of the UUSA SPPP. Strikethroughs and underlines were utilized. Enclosure 2 contains a final version of the UUSA SPPP.
The UUSA SPPP contains security-related information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability. Therefore, UUSA requests that Enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
