By package dated April 18, 2024, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML24109A249), as supplemented on September 16, 2024 (ML24260A280), December 12, 2024 (ML24348A143), and February 28, 2025 (ML25062A248), you submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the amendment of the HI-STORM Flood and Wind (FW) Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) Cask Storage System certificate of compliance (CoC).

The NRC staff reviewed your application and determined the need for additional information.

Due to resources and schedules, we will issue staggered requests for additional information (RAIs). The enclosures to this letter contain RAIs for all disciplines except structural and operations. We plan to issue the structural and additional operations RAIs in August 2025. We request that you provide the response to the first batch of RAIs within 30 days from the date of this letter. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify us in writing, within two weeks of receipt of this letter, of your new submittal date and the reasons for the delay. transmitted herewith contains Proprietary Information.

Upon removal of Enclosure 2, this document is decontrolled.
