UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ORDER Mr. Eric Joseph Epstein filed a hearing request in this license amendment proceeding on April 18, 2025.1 On May 8, 2025, I issued an order denying his request [f]or the Commission pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(h).2 On May 30, 2025, Mr. Epstein filed an appeal of this final agency order to the Commission.3 The May 8, 2025, order is a final order of the Commission, from which no appeal to the Commission is available. Accordingly, the appeal is denied, pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(g) and (j).
