JOINT MOTION FOR CORRECTION OF TRANSCRIPT OF THE PROCEEDING HELD ON MAY 15, 2025 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(a) and consistent with 10 C.F.R. § 2.327(d), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC and Holtec Palisades, LLC (Applicants), on behalf of themselves and the other participants (collectively, Participants),1 hereby request that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) issue an order correcting the official resubmitted transcript of the proceeding held May 15, 2025 (ML25143A151).
In accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(b), the Applicants consulted with the Petitioning Organizations and NRC Staff to identify the necessary corrections to the transcript. The Participants request that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in hereto.
