STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: AUDIT OF THE NRCS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 (OIG-22-A-14)
This memorandum responds to your October 1, 2024, memorandum transmitting your analysis of our update to the Status of Recommendations: Audit of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2022 (OIG-22-A-14). Based on your analysis, recommendations 2 and 7 are now closed. Recommendations 1, 3, and 5 were previously closed. Enclosed are our updated responses to the remaining recommendations. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendations 4 and 6 be closed.
