In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I request that you review the attached German Certificate of Competent Authority D/4365/AF-96, Revision 4, for the ANF-50 package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use. To assist in your review, a copy of the package design safety report for the AN-50 package design, along with other supporting documents has been provided to your staff electronically.
