image001.png NRC 898_AALO QAPD.pdf Mr. Chandran, Attached is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completeness determination (Form 898) for Aalo Atomics Topical Report on Quality Assurance Program Description. Based on a preliminary review of the report, the NRC staff determined that it provides sufficient information for beginning a detailed technical review. The NRC staff plans to issue the Draft Safety Evaluation by December 12, 2025, contingent on Aalos responses to the staffs audit questions and requests for additional information (RAIs). If necessary, the NRC staff will issue RAIs by July 25, 2025. The NRC staff estimates a level of effort of 210 hours0.00243 days <br />0.0583 hours <br />3.472222e-4 weeks <br />7.9905e-5 months <br /> will be needed to complete the technical review and issue the Final Safety Evaluation. The NRC staff will communicate, any changes to the review schedule or estimated NRC staff hours, including the reason(s) for the changes, as deemed necessary.
