Dear Brett Suits:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding an allegation that a former contract worker was discriminated against by a contractor for raising nuclear safety concerns.

The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a former contract worker was discriminated against by a contractor for raising nuclear safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
