ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR PREAPPLICATION ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE HADRON ENERGY INC. MICROREACTOR
Dear Mr. Gibson:
On May 9, 2025, Hadron Energy Inc. (Hadron Energy) submitted a Regulatory Engagement Plan and requested a project number for preapplication activities related to the Hadron Energy Microreactor standardized design (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25129A055).
On May 16, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) established this to be Project No. 99902144. Please include this number on all correspondence associated with this project.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for supporting Hadron Energy preapplication activities.
