Westinghouse Submittal of Triennial Update of the Decommissioning Funding Plan In accordance with 10 CFR 70.25(e)(2), Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is submitting the triennial update of the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) Decommissioning Funding Plan.
This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information. Under 10 CFR 2.390 of the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (Commission) regulations, Westinghouse is enclosing with this submittal an Affidavit. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information identified as proprietary may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
Correspondence with respect to the proprietary aspects of this submittal or the Westinghouse Affidavit should reference AW-25-031 and should be addressed to Stephen Subosits, Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, 5801 Bluff Road, Hopkins, SC 29061.
