Eastern time, at the Pollard Technology Center, 210 Badger Ave. in Oak Ridge. The staff will hold open houses for 30 minutes at the start of each meeting for general discussion of NRC activities. The staff will then discuss the NRCs safety and environmental review processes for a construction permit and take questions from the public.
