STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE NRCS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 (OIG-22-A-04)
This memorandum responds to your memorandum dated October 11, 2024, transmitting your analysis of our update to the Independent Evaluation of the NRCs Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2021 (OIG-22-A-04):
Status of Recommendations. Based on your analysis, recommendation 6 is complete and has been removed from the status list. Enclosed are our updated responses to recommendations 7, 8, 11, and 13. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendations 7, 11, and 13 be closed.
