In Reference 1, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a Subsequent License Renewal Application (SLRA) for Dresen Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 (DNPS). In Reference 2 and 3, CEG submitted Supplement No. 1 and 2 to the SLRA for DNPS. The purpose of this letter is to provide Supplement No. 3 to the SLRA for DNPS. Supplement No. 3 includes five changes to the SLRA which includes minor changes identified by CEG and changes identified during the NRC Safety Review Audit.
Enclosure A to this letter provides a description of each change, and corresponding mark-ups to affected portions of the SLRA, thereby supplementing the DNPS SLRA.
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
