- All, As discussed in the March & April Project Status Meetings, EPM believes that as we progress toward construction and operation of the remedial treatment system it would be appropriate to revise the allocation of remedial costs between the State and Federal Accounts. The attached letter provides a summary of the history of how the Trust arrived at the current allocation percentages as well as details how EPM determined the proposed revisions.
