- Mary, No update since our last phone meeting. To summarize:
For the best management practices for the Rattlesnake, we incorporated those comments into the pre-job brief for the F&G cable bus project. More holistically we are reviewing the environmental program (procedures) to implement / validate those BMP into the program.
For the Pitchers Thistle, we are waiting until after your follow up consultation with FWS, and their review of the survey report sent to you in the below email (April 2). We understand there is a reasonableness aspect with your consultation process.
