Changes to the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Northern States Power Company-Minnesota (NSPM) doing business as Xcel Energy submits, Revision 14 of the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, here after referred to as the Security Plan. The changes were effective on February 25, 2025.
A summary of changes is provided in Enclosure 1. The revised Security Plan is provided in. In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, the information contained in the Enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure as it is classified as Safeguards Information.
