- Jackie, I made the same mistake of last time. I corrected the first instance in Paragraph 2, but I did not realize there were two other instances in Paragraph 5. Yes, the correct is Enclosure 3.
Please let me know if I need to upload the correct Affidavit in EIE or this email is sufficient.

Clarification for April 17 Affidavit
- Cesare,
Im emailing for clarification on details within the affidavit (ML25107A001) executed on April 17 to request withholding of Terra Innovatums May 7-8 presentation (ML25107A002) from public disclosure. These documents are included in ADAMS package accession number ML25107A000.
Paragraph 5 of the affidavit states that the information sought to be withheld is an REP in to the submittal letter, however the letter lists only the Enclosure 3 presentation material as proprietary. Can you please confirm that the affidavit is intended to state that the information sought to be withheld is the presentation in Enclosure 3 and not an REP in ?
