DTE Electric Company Submittal of Fermi 3 Periodic Reports

Reference:

1. Enrico Fermi, Unit 3, NRG Docket No.52-033, NRG License No. NPF-95 This submittal provides periodic Fermi 3 reports as required by NRG regulations and license conditions for a Part 52 combined license holder. This submittal provides the following report updates:

Semi-Annual Departures Report Semi-Annual Changes, Tests and Experiments Report Semi-Annual Schedule for Implementation of Operational Programs and other License Conditions Report Semi-Annual Departures Report. During the period October 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025, there were no plant-specific departures from the ESBWR DCD for Fermi 3.

Semi-Annual Changes, Tests, and Experiments Report. During the period October 1, 2024 -

March 31, 2025, there were no changes, tests or experiments made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(c).

Semi-Annual Schedule Update for Implementation of Operational Programs and Other License Conditions. During the period October 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025, there were no schedule updates.

The scheduled implementation dates for the operational programs remain as "To Be Determined" (TBD).
