This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.
Purpose:
To provide the results of the NRC staff's supplemental environmental review and associated consideration of new information for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 subsequent license renewal application, as documented in its second draft supplemental environmental impact statement, and provide an opportunity for public comment on the NRC staff's findings.
