- 3. ED20250047, Initial Submission of an Amendment Request for the NAC International MAGNASTOR Cask System Amendment No. 16, March 21, 2025 NAC International (NAC) hereby submits a supplement to our request to amend Reference 1.
This supplement clarifies that mixed loadings of different assembly types and/or assembly subtypes within a single TSC is acceptable. The changes are limited to Appendix B of the Technical Specifications and Chapter 2 of the FSAR.
The changes to the FSAR contained herein are common to the proprietary and non-proprietary version of the FSAR. Enclosed in this amendment package are Revision 25B changed pages to Reference 2. Revision bars mark the FSAR text changes on the Revision 25B pages (Enclosure 3). Enclosure 1 contains the proposed Technical Specification changes for this amendment. details the list of FSAR changes. Consistent with NAC administrative practice, this proposed FSAR revision is numbered to uniquely identify the applicable changed pages.
Additionally, the changes are identified by colored text. Upon final acceptance of this application, the 25A and 25B changed pages will be reformatted and incorporated into the next revision of the MAGNASTOR FSAR.
