Sturgeon Incidental Take Report for 04-09-2025 BBT #1.pdf; Sturgeon Incidental Take Report for 04-09-2025 BBT #2.pdf Attached is the Incidental Take Report and Data Collection Form for two live Atlantic sturgeon collected on 4/9/2025 during the required routine Baywide Bottom Trawl sampling. The specimens were in good condition, and were processed and released back to the river. The bottom trawl monitoring program is a requirement of Salem Generating Station NJPDES Permit No. NJ0005622 and incidental takes are authorized under Biological Opinion GAR-2020-02842.
