Docket No. 50-255-LA-3 ASLBP No. 24-986-01-LA-BD01 April 10, 2025 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Requesting Availability for Possible Prehearing Conference)
The Licensing Board is considering whether to hold a prehearing conference to hear oral argument on issues raised in Petitioning Organizations new and amended contentions.1 The Board requests that on or before April 16, 2025, Petitioning Organizations, the NRC Staff, and Applicants confer and submit a joint filing with their availability the week of May 12, 2025, for a virtual prehearing conference. If there is no date the week of May 12 on which all participants are available, the participants should state whether they would be available the morning of May 7, 2025.
