On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I write to complete the response to your \
March 10, 2025, letter regarding the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) memorandum dated February 27, 2025, requiring agencies to report the use of official time for labor union activities in fiscal year (FY) 2024. As requested, enclosed is the NRC's submission to OPM with the information required by April 1, 2025. Specifically, this enclosure includes the position descriptions for the employees listed in Tab B of our March 31, 2025, response who reported the use of official time for labor union activities in FY 2024.
